Booking directly guarantees you the best price. Have you found your desired room at a lower price somewhere else on the internet? If so, we will adapt our rate accordingly for you.

Should you arrive on foot, by bike, train, or electric car, you will receive -5% "SAVE THE PLANET BONUS" on your overnight stay if you booked directly with us. The bonus will be deducted from your bill upon departure. 

We guarantee the best cancellation conditions for you as a direct booker. Should you still find better conditions on other booking platforms, we will, of course, adapt them accordingly. You will find the exact conditions alongside your chosen arrangement. 

As a direct booker, you not only gain advantages in our hotel TOPAZZ LAMEE, you also receive a -10% discount on all products in the online shop of our in-house organic and vegan winery. You would like to taste our organic vegan wines form BIOWEINGUT LENIKUS? Make yourself at home and try them at any time in our Topazz Salon. 

Do you wish to stay a little longer? We´d love to assist you. If available, you will, of course, receive a free late check-out until 1 am. For a late check-out until 6 pm, there is a special price of 50,- EUR for direct bookers. 

You can count on that! We keep our promises! Immediately after your reservation, you will receive your personal confirmation with all details. 

Fulfilling individual requests and preferences is a particular concern for us. Do you have some special wishes? No matter if it is allergy-free bed sheets or a special with breakfast, we will manage everything for you with pleasure! Just let us know your preferences in advance, so that we may prepare everything for you in time for your arrival. 

You did not find your desired category online or do not see any rooms available? Please contact us! We will do our best to fulfill all your wishes. 

As a direct booker, you pay only half price for an upgrade to the next higher room category if available after your arrival. 

Priority early check-in for our direct bookers, to enjoy full comfort from the very first moment of your stay onwards! Subject to availability on the day of arrival, we will do our utmost to have your room ready even before the guaranteed check-in time of 3 pm. For better planning, please advise your expected time of arrival beforehand by email or phone.

We invite you to a rooftop spritz of your choice at our LAMÉE ROOFTOP bar, where you can enjoy the best view over the roofs of Vienna.

On the day of your arrival, a delicious surprise will await you in the room if you book directly! We love to surprise our guests and make their stay as memorable as possible.
